The Experience
I am so glad that you are still here with me. I know that picking the best photographer for you can be like trying to find the perfect little black cocktail dress...Hard. If for some reason you don't quite know yet that I am the one for you, let me help you make the decision. I want to walk you through what it's like to be on a photo shoot with me. Every person and every photographer has their own style so if it's not going to work out for us no hurt feelings.

What to Expect
All right, now I am going to tell you about the details of a session with me so you can know what it might look like in advance. I won't hold anything back that way there are no surprises.
We will be doing a bit of walking even if your session isn't an adventure session. Since we live in the mountains it might seem like a small hike depending on the location. I really like to move around and add in some different scenery for variety.
We aren't going to plan every second of your shoot. I love when we just go with the flow and see what the day will offer us. We will have some fun playing out silly prompts and just capture the minutes shared with your favorite person.
Expect to get dirty. Your dress and clothes will need to be sent to the dry cleaners. Let the wind blow your hair all over the place. Makeup running down your face from crying laughing so hard.
If it starts raining we will dance in the rain. Really let go and embrace the adventure in front of us. If that sounds like your kind of photoshoot then I am your girl.
I will wake up at the butt crack of dawn, hike 10 miles, and hang off the side of a cliff. The outdoors are second nature to me so I am ready to do what it takes to get the shot of your dreams.
What I want from you…
I want you to show up dressed and in love, the rest is up to me! I will be taking you through a series of prompts and fun activities to do during the shoot so that I can capture your reactions to them. Plus I find these prompts help you to loosen up a bit, even paid models get nervous before shoots. I love a lot of movement in shots because I feel like it helps the pictures come to life and tells your story. I will be directing you along the way giving you movements to make, but feel free to enact your own. If you feel like kissing her… DO IT! Feel like pinching his butt? Girl, you go ahead! You want to pick her up and spin her around? YASS PLEASE! All of these things make for great interaction with each other and gives the connection I am looking to capture for you authentically. My hopes for this session are that we have so much fun it feels like I am just the third wheel tagging along on a fun date night. That’s where the magic is at!

What to expect from me…
I will be there for you every step of the way. To answer any questions you may have. I will help you pick out your outfit for the session and how to coordinate your boo’s outfit as well. I will put you at ease as we become fast friends laughing and joking around. I will give you all the directions you need. I want to be there for you the whole way through so we can capture exactly what you have in mind.
In front of the camera
Want to feel and look natural in front of the camera? What if I told you that you could. Being nervous in front of the camera at first is completely normal. In fact, all photographers also feel uncomfortable in front of the camera. The good news is that it's my job to make you feel like yourselves and have fun.
I get it trust me. I am the most awkward person ever.
You don't need to be a model to take good photos. We don't need those fake smiles where everyone says "CHEESE". I want to get to know you before the session even starts that way we are friends and you have a head start with being at ease. I want to hear your love story and feel like I am a very small part of it. I want you to feel natural and free.
"Let's have some fun"
I want the session to feel more like a date with a third wheel.
When the session begins I will give you a prompt to do. As you are doing the prompts I will give you directions to help walk you through them. Remember there is no right or wrong. Just act the prompt out the way it feels right to you. Everyone does it a little differently which I think is beautiful and unique. We can really have some fun and even play some games. My goal is to get you both to focus on each other and forget I am even there. This is where the magic happens.

Starting Packages
I want to talk for a minute about everything that goes into photography before we get into the packages. There is so much more than just a session. Before the session, I usually do location scouting so that I can find fun, new, unique locations. Then we have the session itself. I spend many hours editing each photo so that it brings new life. I love all these parts of my job and really want to be able to focus on the experience that we have during the shoot.

All in all my packages say starting at because I like to customize each package for each individual couple. I know some may want a mix of things and I like to be flexible. A family session is such a joyful occasion. Seeing how people's families interact together. We will play, run, and frolic while I capture these memories you will want to cherish forever. They say laughter is the best medicine and I couldn't agree more.

Being with child is truly one of the most magical times you will ever encounter. I want to help you to revel in that. I want to help you feel like the beautiful glowing momma you truly are. These moments are so fleeting, let's catch them while we can.
Secret Tip: I do offer mini sessions for Pregnancy Announcements and Gender Reveals.

I am so excited to offer these sessions. The ones that I have already done have been so life-giving. I want to take a hike, find a waterfall, shoot near some endless rolling mountains. We will explore a new area and find some exotic scenery so you can have unique beautiful photos.

Elopements are all the rave now and I can see why. You get to have a whole special day catered just for you and your other half. These can also look like anything you could imagine. Any edge of the world place you would like to hike to whole saying your final I do's. These are the most magical experiences ever and I highly recommend them.

Small Intimate Weddings
Starting at $1200
Small Intimate weddings are just so sweet and sentimental. There is a lot less fuss and a lot more memory making with those who are closest to you. I find them very enchanting and full of love.
Small Intimate Weddings have 10 or fewer guests. They come with a ton of extra perks like me as your wedding planner.
